They started to develop it in 1972. Certainly, most of the Europe concerts have excellent versions. I personally remember the Fall East Coast shows--I'd sooner hear PITB from those shows than DS or TOO. Try the Stanley Theater and the Philly show--both DP's. (I believe they did it at both of those--they were playing it pretty much nightly--like a new toy).
